Because they suck to work for as a Company? Who knows, ABF cant keep drivers in CT, any idea why there?

Because the trucks are Greener at ABF and I hope the morale and management is better there cause things have been going downhill for the past 7 years
They're using more and more contractors on linehaul then company drivers. Then they cut the 10 plus years senior drivers run to give it to the contractors who have guaranteed drop and hook no double no has mat trailers! It is a screw you drivers attitude that can only encourage a mass exodus from the kind of back stabbing of those of us who are willing to do this for a living!
 
They're adding another purchase run out of Chattanooga that's not needed. Our 2 wild drivers barely work a full week as it is. This will definitely give them the push out the door, and one of them is a 10 yr man. Pride in our people, pride in our performance...
 
U can make fun of my grammar I love to get high and mess with u guys u will defend Rl to the death been doing it for over 30 years but u can't argue the facts so bring it on have fun with no overtime not any bennies low pay junk trucks u will never retire have fun and once again thank god for ups ABF yrc u go girls !!!!!

A lot of my Teamster friends in my area think my four figure take home pay every Fri, and my 2015 "junk truck" is the bees knees.

Real nice. Way to represent the a union..................NO THANKS ! thats 90% of the problem with a union is people like (you) this. Felt I had to say this ....moving on..... :)
