Estes | Pay raises

with all the sitting and waiting , no home life. its like a prison over here.pay is decent, but other companies are catching up and passing us up.estes will not step up to the plate and put us over the top.

If u have 1 yr experience saia wI'll start u at .57 a mile and u top out at .60 a mile...plus alot of terminals have sign on bonus...some as high as 5000

Saw a story in Tranport topics about the 33 foot pups that are on the way, and Rob was talking how excited he was, gonna make more with less, so guess you should see a pay raise, if your linehaul I would worry about keeping a job at the bottom, cause when he gets those 33 footers going watch out, they will drop linehaul guys like flys, just ask guys in Nashville about what happened in 08 and 09, kept the 3 month old flex board guy and let go of guys that been there alot longer, just cause your in the wrong Category, years dont mean crap at Big E, category does.

Put 600 miles a week on my vehicles getting home every day. I guess it's okay. A little overrated though. I know some x drivers that liked being home so much, they found themselves unemployed

I'll do this until I burn out around December and then take it easy next bid. 4254 miles last week. Yall take it easy and keep reminding me how bad it is here.

I rolled one day into this week, so it won't show on this next check, but when the peoplenet scores get posted, I'll have someone send me a pic of my miles and post it here.

I believe it. I had 4200 miles one week and 4000 the next when I was just a utility driver. Paper logs then but you can run more miles with peoplenet because it don't have a 60 mph recommend guideline

I hope its true. I would love to see every driver doing miles like that. You're not going to sniff those kinds of miles running through Harrisburg, Philly, anywhere in NE, Charlotte, Greensboro, Atlanta, Knoxville, Columbus, etc..etc..etc! You all know the terminals and how they run. I wish nothing but the best for everyone out here. But to come out and brag about the excessive miles just ain't cool. When some drivers are having a hard time getting miles. Take what you can get and run with it my friend! No wager needed but be careful...big brother is watching!

Sorry. I didn't realize we were only allowed to complain here.

There are plenty of miles to be had no matter where you run. I've had plenty of 3300+ weeks running eastern time. I go where I'm told and I run hard.

You must be mistaken. I know alot of drivers that go where they're told and run hard.

You remember kindergarten? WOW!
