Haha ya got that right! My family and inlaws did a lot of praying for me. Plus the hiring manager really went to bat for me so I'm sure that helped as well.

In a RTW state you are asked by job classification shop steward if you want to sign a membership card. Your choice you still can reap the benefits of dues paying member just if you ever need your local for anything they won't put much effort into it. Terminal manager or any other persons in company has anything to do with it.
