Ive seen this and I think it is a great idea. Make copies of your letters and send them to the White House ,your congressmen and your senator and the treasury department . Tell them you will no longer be part of the growing economy . You will not be buying that new car,boat or bike. No more vacations or all those little perks we enjoyed being retired. Tell them we don't live in their world . We pay for our medical. We,pay out of pocket for dental an eye and Medicare . We need to spread the word . We need to flood their offices. We need to tell them we are not going away.

tell em you're going to the domican republic to live (cheaper ... MEDICAL is more reasonable ) and will no longer be paying taxes in the U.S. :)

I have a buddy who him and his wife were going to do that, they said the medical care is so poor on those island countries down there that you might die from a hangnail.

Hell, just tell your buddy to renounce his U.S. citizenship and then claim that they are illegals. Their health care insurance will be free.

Just remember it could always be worse, I was mowing my lawn today and it was very windy. Three quarters of the way done and there is this thunderous noise and the earth shook, a very large branch came down about ten feet to my right. I think in Alaska they call those widowmakers. I can guarantee you the pension mess was not on my mind for several minutes after that. But it missed me, yeah, guess I can head out to do my run for the night! See ya tomorrow.
