Some people must think you get fired every friday when you get your payckeck. Newsflash as long as you do your job union or not your probably gonna be OK. I hated to leave this company as well 15 yrs for nothing basically but one thing is for shore YRC and central states can't brake it off in me no more and I feel so much better since I don't have to worry about what kind of stunt these rats are gonna pull next.

LOL! You got that right Hoodock! Me and quite a few other Yrc/Holland abuse victims....lol. I would say were all happiest about getting rid of that "black cloud" of Yrc constantly pissing on us. Most of the people I've met at UPS had 15+ years at Holland/Yrc....

With the massive driver shortage, at most companies, other than punching the TM in the face, you can't get fired.
I sleep better, lower blood pressure tired of getting ****ed. The stress is gone...! I will go in, do my job and go home. I decided that I did not make this mess, I was not going to clean it up. Holland made a profit...what happened to the snap back .? I am so glad to be away from that YRC nightmare. It seems different looking in from the outside....it is not all doom and gloom out here. By October 1st, I exceeded my wages for the that last full year at Holland. I suggest to start looking around...you never will find one if you don't, you can always turn it down and try again. What is next.? Central States approved Obama Care...maybe that is next October Letter of Shame.!
