Mother killed, 5 children injured

A 28-year-old woman was killed and six other people, including five children, were injured in a wreck Friday morning, according to Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis.

So sad that driver error in a split second is all it takes to change lives,or in this case both change & end life.
Pray that the kids,their Dad & anyone else that knew this young Mom can live out the rest of their lives in some peace without her.

Prayers for the family. Seems as if it may have been the rain, I know I am always telling my 19 year old twin girls everything we were trained to do as professional driver thru the Smith system. So far one has rear ended someone, no injuries! She also tells me that there is no reason to use signals if there is no one around??? I told her that the reason is to make it a habit! For 28 years I started my day at the drivers side steering wheel and walked around my truck doing the same pre-trip, so everything was looked at, per habit!
