What do u guys think, will we see a change of operations soon? At the rate New Penn is going with getting rid of people will we see them close terminals? Altoona closes merges with Pittsburgh. Milton closes merges with Scranton. Rochester closes merges with Buffalo.

I would hate to c it, but I'm sure its been talked about.

Wouldn't the stem times kill the workday? How could you cover that much area?

maybe we will find out soon, tms at meeting in scranton thurs and fri. must be at casino up there, surly not at terminal for meetings. i have heard all kinds of things mentioned going on around here. 100 more people to be let go by the great cost cutter now in charge. heard terminals closeing the obvious ones are the 3 you mentioned. down sizeing of the fleet, there pulling a bunch of green trailers out for auction, and tractor parts to keep the old ones running are costing a ton of money. alot of fregiht being held and there basically lessing the next day lanes we have done for years. while other companys add to there next day points. well yrc has won, they now have there stooges running npme as they think it should be run.which we all know is the only possable way npme could ever make money again, right?and to end this i here another pyle and npme meeting on maspeth just took place, while pyle said they lost basic eviction case, if npme aka, YRC, misses or late with one more payment we will be looking for another terminal for nyc, we were told they never missed payment or late, guess we will see soon enough who was lying about what, YRC know to be 90-120 days late on payments . should be interesting 2.5 months left in this year. but on the bright side, since we no longer do next day , except by accident, we shouldnt ever have to or feel the need to run in anything close to a snow storm ever again., that would surely be an un-safe act of some kind..

Tm in trenton as been shown the door, and the Southington tm quit or retired? We be looking for tm for trenton and Southington

There has small changes like Bronx being served by Kearny then moved back to Maspeth. Nothing to major like what YRC does quarterly.

I heard Zollars is coming back to be named president of NP.............
I think every NPME driver would either retire or move to Holland if that happened! $ Bill would make New Penn fold up like wet cardboard without even changing anything. He's just that kind of guy!
