FedEx Freight | Anybody know what terminal this is?

Although I've been to this center, albeit many moons ago, I don't remember it being an issue then.
I agree, the sign is behind the white stop line which is to far away from the road. Even by stopping at the sign or line, the view is still blocked from the right. My question is what could a plausible solution be? By moving up the stop sign to the white line you'd be blocking the company's sign (and we know that ain't gonna happen) and you'd still have a blocked view from the right that could still possibly cause an accident with pedestrians/cyclist anyways. By adding another stop sign at the road, you'd be blocking the sidewalk while stopped at the second sign.
IMO, it's another example of how one law (in this case the sign ordinance within this city that requires all signs to be at ground level) creates unforeseen safety issues.
I also agree with you and the guy videoing, he does NOT have to present ID because he's not broken any laws...he's well within his rights!!

It appears he was blocking views from the left as well. His attitude with the officer is pretty typical of those that open carry too, yes not illegal but confrontational.

Not to mention the Safety and Security videos we just watched, he could've appeared to be casing the joint to any of those employees, contractors or customers.

In my opinion he would've been doing his cause better by using his camera to record the violations instead.

I taught my kids that there are sometimes two rights. There is being in the right and there is being dead right. If I am riding my motorcycle and refuse to yield to a larger vehicle even though I am right I will surely be dead. This guy was clearly in the right in his actions as defined by law but I feel he could have found a better way to make his point. It seems to me he was there to provoke a confrontation if approached by anyone. Add this one to the roster of youtube " I know my rights " gotcha videos. Mr redshirt summed up my feelings in one gesture. No where do I hear him mention that he talked to local mgmt. or corporate before resorting to filming. We all know that a phone call from the general public to the company will be addressed. To bad it doesn't get the same consideration from the employees.

I didn't see it say Orlando when I first watched the video, but I also thought the Orlando center was older and bigger.
I bout didn't either, had to pause the vid to read before I saw it.
I used to think so too until I laid over down there, it's nowhere near as big as I had envisioned.

First of all, if you are on a bicycle you are not a pedestrian. Secondly, I don't know about FL but up here if you ride your bicycle on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. If he was on the street both would see each other opposed to one "slamming" on their brakes to avoid the other. Just my .02

This is a fine example as to why the handicapped shouldn't be allowed to ride bicycles without helmets. The guy needs a job as he obviously has too much time on his hands. I roll outta that center nightly and stop once for the employee parking lot and stop twice if there are cars coming or do a rolling second stop if the coast is clear. In closing, I'd like to say that I would enjoy pinching this clown in the throat. Just sayin

Maybe it was his day off. He stood up for his rights unlike a lot of people that just bend over to tie the shoe laces of the officer.

I always figured that being the HUB for FL it would be. I had looked into transferring down to the center back in 2004 but wanted to wait since there was talk about opening a Tallahassee center. Sadly, they never opened it.

Oh brother. Shouldn't u be out campaigning for Hillary or something?

What does Hillary have to do with rights, she has never been a civil rights person. The only Dem. I could have voted for was Jim Webb. Say hi to Hillary and Bill's friend Trump next time you're in his office.

Your preaching on the wrong board !! 80% of the guy's on here like taking it up the tailpipe. And they know it's true

It would be a real hoot to see the 400+FXF only drivers leave CGT with a similar Stop Sign..
and the 300 Daily purchase boxes a day. What a punk!
