Estes | pay raises

my very reliable source again is telling me 2 cpm for linehaul along with some very nice percs added in.
 
.2+cents for linehaul and something like 3 cents for hub and some other stuff like said earlier. Reckon Rob was in Harrisburg filling them in this week
 
Think he means
If the run was 500 miles it would be cut to 489 miles to make up the difference for the $.0235 cent increase :biglaugh:
 
They did.My run loses 100 miles a week.Funny thing is,they route you on roads pups are not allowed on.Everyone make sure you check your route guide for the run.Maybe we should change the name of the thread to "Pay cuts".

I was talking to some drivers from my oldvterminal 027. And almost every run thats been there for years ie chicapee, albany pittsburgh have had miles cut. Pitts use to be 620 now 614 chicapee is cut 18 miles per might albany is 6 miles less per night.
 
Its disappointing to expect a raise and then find out its actually gonna be a pay cut.I guess its only a raise for future hires,considering terminal to terminal miles will be cut on most trips.
 
Our meet miles were cut too. Some of them. In all fairness, most of them were a little high to begin with.

My TM says if the miles are incorrect, start logging them and turn them in and they'll try to correct them.
