XPO | Giving away our money

There has to a lot of poaching going on. If you think we are concerned about this whole thing.... the further you get from the freight, the greater the concern.
 
There getting rid of big wigs and paying them off to leave and then there paying sellsman big money to stay? can this be true? If this is true, then us drivers are still the last ones on the totom pole. Where would they be without us?????!?1?1? They don't care about us drivers.

2011 - This is when XPO Logistics first looked into buying Menlo only. Wouldn't it be safe to say that " conversations" probably continued until the purchase of Con-way Inc. ?

So go to collage get a business degree and buy a big company and take care of yourself. I'm quite happy making 80,000 a year with NO responsibility. Life is good where I come from.
 
to keep abreast of happenings with XPO get a twitter account then follow the hashtag #wearexpo and read the good bad and ugly that comes across that news feed such as this tweet and picture of the band they hired to play for the ground workers at a warehouse in London on Black Friday https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CUwddvWWwAAGCWg.jpg btw when you work for them in London their job ads state you get 25 Holidays paid during the year. Not like that over here on this side of the pond

We know it's going to be a bad, ugly, horrible year. Down economic cycle heading into an election year and then bought on top of it.

If it bothers you that much get out now. It's going to get much worse.

If you don't mind a little challenge or two. Stick it out. There is plenty of reason to believe that this will be fantastic, long term.
