XPO | 1001 ways to get fired.

I for one would like to see a policy book but I never seen one so far. I also like how it seems they make up the rules as we go.

As long as you show up to work when you are susposed to, don't hit anything with your equipment, and do a half ways decent job you have nothing to worry about. 99% of the drivers I have known that got fired were for attendance or accidents. A couple got the axe for drug use so don't do that either and you have nothing to worry about.

if you have an issue about policy what i would do is talk to the supervisor & he will bring up on the computer and explain it as it pertains to your situation. i'm 4 for 4 over the last 3.5 yrs

I think you actually have to work pretty hard at being crap to get fired. Sure there a few easy ones, like saying something you shouldn't. However if you watch what you say, show up on time, and stay away from accidents, you will be fine.
