Somehow did the :::shit::: linehaul manager who thinks he can cover every job efficiently, finally did what he does best:hysterical:. Then blames the dock or the shop, never taking personal responsibility for his own faults:::shit::: , His lack of proper supervision and dispatching skills :hysterical:finally resulted with so many foreign drivers back in bed everyday at 136,(2-5 everyday) that the 136 drivers are lucky to work everyday. I am told their is no accountability at many terminals in the system. Many city and linehaul drivers working over the hours of service, many have a wink and a nod from managers.
Yes it looks as if you got suck you can do as you please at this company since the merger. Funny thing with all the finger pointing Yellow vs Roadway they are both just as guilty just depends who holds the reins at any given location...

The union isn't the logbook police, and if that's the case inform the DOT. I'm sure the drivers don't mind stopping and getting paid for the delay enroute to show their legal documentation to the officer in a DOT Inspection. Of course, one group of drivers would get paid for it, and the other group would give it up, logging later as a break.

The ones that have been wronged need to file the greviance. That is the only way to get it stopped. It might take 6 months to get it heard but nothing will happen unless you do that much.

In 1999, two trucking company officials were sentenced to federal prison for violating hours of service regulations. Charles Georgoulakos Jr. and his brother, James Georgoulakos were sentenced to four months in prison, eight months in home confinement, and one year of supervised release. Their company, C&J Trucking Company of Londonderry, New Hampshire, was placed on two years probation and fined $25,000 (the maximum amount). The sentences were the result of an investigation which began when one of the trucking company's drivers was involved in a collision on Interstate 93 in Londonderry on Aug. 2, 1995, in which four individuals were killed.[36]

yhou can for your self use the google map on line to give you what i got or colse to a tenth of a mile or so in error.
 
yes 450 divided by 60 equils 7.5 hr distance = velocity x time.
IMO, this ignorance of spiritual blindness must be coming from a Velocity Blues Brother. The truck can't operate at 60 mph from start to finish. The average truck speed from point to point would be 51-53 mph. Don't worry, those dashboard monitors will help correct those unsafe and illegal driving behaviors, soon.
