This may have been discussed before. why are they paying us the full rate and then taking the 15% out later. Are they trying to rub salt into our wounds or is it a tax avantage for YRC. I talked to my CPA and he had no idea, he just thought it would be easier to pay us the 15% rate he suggested that I talk to payroll, which I have'nt done Anyone out there have any ideas.
