Or new terminal manager has decided he his part of our sales team and has been telling the customers that were 1.5 million last year and switching to 3rd party logistics with us as preferred carrier we don't want their f**Cing freight. Needless tosay 40 hours is about all we are getting now and top of that thinks we don't notice he is doing the sales girl and there both married . Not really my concern but the 2 hour lunches and trips to western Kansas together on the companies dime. Mr Rob Estes would probably like to hear about this. Love the company but I'm more than likely out the door as we all get replaced with ups employees and drivers that can't pass the driving test that we let drive anyways. Figured I could air out here without repercussions from management.

Hang in there Mav, if your lucky enough to be there the day a car shows up to escort him and her out it's like being part of history. In 24 yrs seen 4 kicked to the curb for violating policy and a few dispatchers too
