This is a sad and unfortunate, prayers go out for them and their families. We all need to take are time and insure are actions are safe and not rely on others for it.

We had 2 recent incidents at are facility that could have easily been tragic.

One the driver was loading freight in the nose of a pup on a forklift and the right landing gear collapse sending forklift crashing to the side of the trailer. Support arm the landing gear gave way from corrosion.

The second a pup with 18,000 in totes split in half. The bottom sidewall aluminum supports gave way because there had been a previous corrosive spill sometime back they surmised ate all the rivets out leaving the trail floor with no integrity.

I picked up there all the time at my previous employer. Nice people that work there. I just saw this tragic news on our local station here. God bless their families.
