I didn't see this posted and figured it would have made it here - I know a day or so past, but I was out of town.
The toxicology reports have not been released - but personally I don't see how the driver of the car was not under the influence. Driving 20 miles against interstate traffic before meeting a truck - it's not hard to believe there was definitely something wrong in the young girl's mind.
