CSA 2010 Another government program. I don't have a problem with the monitoring of a carrier for safety but the article did not say anything about the public that drives around commercial motor vehicles that are drunk on drugs, speeding, driving to endanger, unlawful passing, tail gating, not paying attention, talking on the phone, texting, Ect, Ect, These are the reasons that commercial vehicles are dangerous for the most part. Maybe they need to look a little deeper than just the truck driver and carrier. It is fact that most commercial motor vehicle accidents are caused by other motorists that already have numerous violations and accidents. Oh, I get it. They can make much, much more money serving fines to a carrier or driver than just the average motorist.
