3 die when vehicle hits big rig on I-81 - Roanoke Times: Virginia


Most likely truck driver will be charged for having blown tire at the wrong place or wrong time. Hope his log book is "right". Sad for the family of the dead but watch out for the lawsuits.

Maybe the trucker won't be charged,if he was far enough off the road surface.
Or if not he had secured his position with his emergency reflectors.
If neither he could be charged.

However talk about fait,having a blow-out,at that location that those 3 would die by hitting the parked Semi.
