had a new tractor that shut down in a construction zone . had to keep restarting, not knowing what to do about the shutdown, i stopped at the Cat dealer that sets the parameters on the tractors for our fleet at the time. and the tech told me to dump the clutch 3 times and it would keep idling. Pissed off the head mechanic when i came back to yard and left the tractor running in front of shop

I don't think that works anymore , someone try it

S69 they are probably afraid to talk to you Buddy.
You know more than management and are willing
to take it to the top. You remind of myself , they
were pretty careful with ye as they are probably with
you Sir. Part of the biggest problem there is you have
the Round Mouth Club that will and can be herded
into the slaughter gate for hot dog filler and never
realize it. Towards the end I just took my paperwork
and avoided everyone at all costs , you could not trust
anyone.

We talk and I have a pretty good relationship with my scm and ERA. They're pretty receptive with the stuff I bring to them and they've helped me out a few times. I get that experience varies by building.

I've learned a lot from truckingboards and I've built relationships within this company using the information I got here.

I'm good with FedEx freight, my problem is with FedEx Corp and unfortunately that's out of my reach. I miss the days of John Smith and Fred Smith. Never thought I'd say that.

I used my frequency counter and hacked my TM's Remote Butt Plug.
It no longer has high - med - low , just low and a 1 min shut down.....
