Whatever company hired that drunk, they deserve to be cocharged for all damages as that company is/was a enabler.
Some companies obviously don't care about the SAFETY of anyone and seemingly hire any active drunk and drug addict.
Shutting those companies down will somewhat help reduce Traffic Injuries, Deaths.
