" Price was not wearing a seatbelt, the station reported."----You know, this statement can probably be found in a hundred accidents reports, but pray tell me what good would have seat belt done Mr. Price ?? Have you ever read about an accident when the report states that "so and so" did not have his headlights on? Ever heard about anyone getting a ticket for running in inclement weather and not having their lights on? I wear my seatbelt, but every time you read about an accident, the seatbelt is always mentioned. HOW ABOUT THE LIGHTS IN BAD WEATHER!!!
