Do we have any Teamsters with a 40 hour per week job? When management (who are scheduled for 9 hours per day) take a week off, they get a weeks pay. Many of us work 60 hours per week. The current difference for vacation pay of 40 hours or 1/52 of last years W2 is 19 cents per hour for every week of vacation. STDF used to be able to afford this and be profitable. What has changed?
