We used to have Merrill Lynch as our administrator and now have Vanguard which puts us on the same page as FedEx Express.
When we had Merrill Lynch all our fund choices were NO LOAD. And I hope yours are also no load funds if they are Institutional shares and not Investor shares.
For example the first fund you quoted
American Growth Fund of America has a 5.75 front end load or the may also have another class of shares with a back end load if you don't keep for certain amount of years.

Knowing a fund's investment style can help you understand how it might fit in your portfolio. This information can also help you build a portfolio that's broadly diversified across markets and less susceptible to sharp swings in any one market area.

Stock style
Vanguard uses a 9-box grid called a "style box" to show how a domestic stock fund's holdings are distributed by primary investment style (growth, value, or blend) and market capitalization category (large-, mid-, and small-cap companies).

Important Fee Information

12b-1 Fee 1.00%

FundAccess® Transaction Fee $0

Redemption Fee 2% if held < 1 month
Load 1.00%**

This fund has a very high expense ratio of 1.82% and a 12b-1 fee of 1.00%

You can look at the rest of your funds at Morningstar: Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Investing or www.vanguard.com
I'm afraid that many of your fund choices have either some kind of a load or 12b-1 fee and some have high expense ratios that translates into you having smaller profit or net gains. You can use the Vanguard Total Stock Market fund or the Vanguard S&P 500 fund as your bogie to compare how your other domestic stock funds compare. Vanguard has THE smallest expense ratios in the industry and maybe you should talk to the Folks at R & L about getting you guys over to Vanguard and have a similar plan that we have at FedEx Freight & Ground.
