Hmm.. didn't check the date. That latest I found on this was April 07 where FedEx agreed to pay 53 mil.

management screws up and we have to take diversity training. it was probably part of the settlement. Do you guys back East have to watch a video and take a 15 question test on your "diversity house "???????? We have to out here.

And I have to say, if you fail the quiz afterwards, well..... you need help.

We had a guy here who didn't pay one bit of attention to the "video", but aced the quiz because it so skews you to the right answer that if you miss it, you're a moron.

What a waste of time.
