GAME ON ! Arrived home to find the nomination notice of 707 Officers meeting in the mail box ...OCTOBER 1 is the nominations meeting , ballots mailed on 10/13/15 and must be returned by 0900 on 11/2/15 ..Make sure the Local has your correct address..time to get rid of officers who support Hoffa , and bankrupted a healthy pension fund too.

That sounds like some small windows to me, I thought that notice had to be sent out like a month or two in advance.

John, I don't know if you and the potential slate agree with TDU, or if you and the guys are just anti-Hoffa without agreeing with TDU. But either way, you need to get the book Running for Local Union Office, which you can buy here:

Also, call TDU at 313-842-2600. Explain that you want to run against the Hofficers at 707, and they will give you some guidance. You do not have to be a TDU member. If you are against Hoffa, they will help you.
