Yeah quit a job you've had for 8 years so you can transfer to the bottom of someone else's board and then get laid off in 6 months. Superb idea

Classic YRC move to get rid of the dead weight. Some of the old timers are so dead set on a time schedule or one specific bid run, that if they alter their schedule in any way, they freak out and want to quit. So completely moving to a different terminal would be out of the question.

Had four or five callbacks since 2008, the best part of this is I live in Jersey, not like its around the corner from tacoma. And I like the company I work for they treat me well
And I make a decent wage ,with a regular start time year round.
