Who can fire a driver ? For example....let's say there's no accident involved ......just two hard heads bumping heads but nothing physical....just a heated discussion,a difference of opinion between two people that don't get along......one is on straight salary and one is a driver.....the driver gets fired......what recourse does he have ? I'm leaving a lot of holes in this on purpose.
