i saw a abf truck pulling pups and one was a central transport trl....wats up with that

A lot of companies contract with each other to move trailers. saves dough, and time . Nothing to fear.....

Welcome to Truckingboards. Roundwound answered your question. Some companies also move new trailers for other companies. It gives them free use of a trailer for a few weeks. If they're not moving a new one it's done to help balance out someone's fleet and not having to use their own power to do it.
