why is the dollar amount so low when it come to accidents ? Are you safe or feel treat by you local management of loosing you job on a daily basic? Union should be the answer to eliminate this treat that conway management has generate in recent years,are you agree?

Let me see, been here 14 years, and in all that time, I have only been waiting to unionize until you suggested it with your poorly written, horribly spelled and grammatically incorrect raving......:puke:

I kinda thought our accident point system was pretty generous, but would not be surprised if it were under review to make it better.....or something.

Up to now, have seen very few drivers terminated for accidents and most of those were newer people.
