would someone please post what your insurance costs and what are your deductibles ? Also, what do you really start at as far as a p&d driver and what do you get as far as raises are concerned. This is not to start trouble its to help make a choice on where to go.

Estes insurance is very good. I pay 76.10 a week for three . usually a 25 .00 co-pay. RX's reasonable to. My wife is disabled and on a lot of meds , so I am very thankful for the contribution they provide. As far as the pay, you will not do any better anywhere else. Also company matches 50% of the first 6% of your contribution's in the 401 K plan. I hope that helps you . Most people are satisfied, there will always be a few that complain but that is anywhere.

Individual insurance deductible is $500. Then you split costs 80/20 up to $5000 maximum out of pocket. A lot of things are covered 100%.

Family deductible is $1000 and annual max out of pocket is $10,000.

Used to be half that before Obamacare. I was hospitalized recently and had some surgery. Didn't take long to hit the $5k max.

P&D pay varies a bit by region but starts around $20 or $21 an hour I think.

That's surprising. My insurance costs are the same as they were prior to "Obamacare". We'll anyway, Trump has promised to repeal and replace Obamacare with something better. He said it will be better coverage at a lower cost. Surely it's effect will have your health care costs lowered by the end of the year...........................NOT!

Extraboard linehaul starts at 56.5cpm. Raises every 6 months for 3 years. Current top out is 64.5cpm. We usually get an annual raise of a couple of cents. Scheduled linehaul makes 1.25 cents less.

Insurance starts on the first of the month after your first 60 days.
