Airlines struggling to find pilots consider lowering requirements for new hires

Have all the non english speaking immigrants go to pilot license test facilities like the ones that go to CDL test stations, and hand the person behind the counter a little envelope with a bonus in it, in cash, to purchase their license. Just hang around about any truck stop, look and listen to these drivers on their phone, in the store, or yes ,in the bathroom.
 
From what I understand being an airline pilot nowadays is like driving a city bus with wings, it's no longer a career of prestige or huge money, and one that is no longer sought after by pilots especially by former US military pilots, once the airlines bread and butter go to.
 
We’ll have a bunch of pilots wearing flip flops, with their feet up and picking their toenails as they drink Walmart whiskey, looking for a skyscraper to set down in.
