It's really funny how YRC management style is almost mirrored in this piece. It's a shame they can't or won't change the way they structure management to improve the business model instead of making up positions and titles for their buddies whom have no knowledge of said position. I can't help but envision this when hear about big meetings or "NEW" appointments in management through out the corporation.
