A motorist caused a semi truck to roll into an embankment after admittedly taking his eyes off the road, leading to a chain reaction crash.
The incident is still under investigation and no citations have been issued as of yet.
if this accident was the other way around you can believe the truck driver would have had the citation in his hand before the ambulance left the scene.
