Back in February he sold 1710 shares, this time he sold 855. It is just too coincidental, selling exactly half the number of shares as previously.
May be a required action due to beneficial ownership or similar reason.
Realize that anyone buying or selling shares for gain or position, usually does so in 100 or 1000 lots.
Odd lots are not the norm.

All I can say is follow the leader. If u have any stock sell it now. 4th quarter gonna b bad with all of this snow and q1 won't b any better.
