Saia is receiving freight from Jervic but will not be sending any to Jervic. Freight to the Jervic territories will now move through partner LTL's.

Why not? And who are the partner LTLs?

Acording to the memo Saia's freight does not fit with the Jeric's break bulk freight. Pitt-Ohio in PA, NJ, DE and MD. The Connection in OH,MI,IN and KY. Tri-State in WV. Land Air Express in NY, CT, ME, MA, RI, VT, and NH.
