Interesting, how many have retired and left under the pretense that they would not be allowed to retain their positions?
Another "mistake" by management with major impact on people's lives.
 
Seems to be TFF sliding out from under pension obligations accumulated by Seniority. Now they are caught on a pike and trying to wriggle off it. I write this as a uninterested observer because I am not part of that in any way shape or form.
 
They are losing 100's of drivers do to retirement. They have put this out so guys don't leave, IMO.
Either way, I will bet ups retirement sues to stop that from happening. We shall see.
 
This is still confusing! What’s going to be really interesting is what happens to all the employees with 20 plus years come contract time. All the one with lots of years but not 55 etc
 
Well on 1 hand they may retain some of their older drivers on the other they may loose some of their younger drivers. Time will tell.
