ABF | Anyone work out of Phoenix?

Hello all, I was just curious if anyone works out of the Phoenix terminal, I was driving by the other day and there was a sign in front stating that they were looking for dockworkers. If I didnt have to get get to my job, I would have stopped in. If anyone works out of the Phoenix terminal, do dockworkers start out as casual on call? I heard ABF was a good outfit, so I though I would check it out. Thanks for any help.
