Yellow | April pay Raise and -15%

Pot is better.... Girls are still easy.... And my hair is still there. I did have a colon back then. But I'd rather have my hair! Lol.

Only difference is that back then girls were actually girls. Today you have to see first which way they "self-identify".

Wong, the $0.40 raise was based on the old contract and the old pay rate. Let's say for example that the old pay rate was $25.00 per hour. Then a $0.40 raise would calculate out to an increase of 0.40/25.00 x 100 or 1.60%. Now lets say the reduced pay rate is 15% less or $21.25 per hour. A $0.34 pay raise (0.40 reduced by 15%) would still calculate out to the same 1.60% increase. That's why the increase was also reduced by 15%.
Ok I see your Math , but still seems like a "Double -15% ?? Guess I'm just glad Jamie tallies the scorecard at the yrc Golf Tournaments for us !!

We are now paying what the market will bear, and we all need to divorce ourselves from the mindset that that 15% is going to come back.”
