When they fire you unjustly,do not accept their bull___t offer of your job and no back pay or benefits. They are getting over on too many drivers with that ploy. Hang tough.
Remember whoever loses arbitration pays for it.
If they pay for it enough they will get gun shy.
And maybe the stroke sending you there will get shown the door.
This is not to say that every case has the merits to go to arbitration, but if the local is willing to go there because they think you have a strong case, you should damm well go.
The more they get it broke off the less they will use it to abuse you unfairly.
Just because they do not like you because you speak your mind.
