Are the city drivers in McCook 028 really that lazy and stupid?

Been seeing a lot of city cry babies getting caught on I-55 scale with single axles. With the newer single axles while the older 8600's still sit in yard. Are they really that pre Madonna about trucks? Management doesn't do nothing?

Ya but why rush the ticket, fine , points? And you figure after 20, 30 guys get popped on scale someone in management would say "Uh we can't have our CSA scores thru the roof", nevermind, Chicago management not to bright.

Overweight tickets don't give you CSA points.

Management doesn't care. They pay the fine and move on.

I don't think this is an isolated event, I believe it happens throughout the system on a daily / nightly basis.

I wasn't sure on that. I knew there was issues with points, some are just fines. Ya Chicago RTM, and TM are a couple of idiots. They don't care.
