my terminal is starting to rotate 3 drivers off a day and nite. funny, they just hired 3 new drivers. guess they are starting to cut miles and overtime already before winter gets here. freight is not getting to our terminal any sooner if we are suppose to be so slow. guess the 3 million last quarter wasnt enough or the increase in our insurance and the 11% rate increase in freight rates. lol when was my last raise,oh yea 2 1/2 years ago july 2008. how about you?

'ers) aren't even getting a 40 hour week.i stand corrected,the drivers are being sent home after they come into work because there are no trucks for them to drive. when a truck breaks down vitran is not going to fix them according to our t.m. yet we still have undelivered freight sitting on the dock.how can you run a company this way?
