I don't understand how to cook 10,000 dollars worth of burger. 1800 pounds? You need like a 40 foot mobile grill trailer, a few cords of chopped wood and a 24/7 staff to slow cook that much over probably 3 days.

In our Tavern we had a special burger that was 2/3 pound lean sirloin, Sysco sourced sesame seed buns big enough to hold it, tomato, cheese, lettuce, pickle and a little bit of bacon. The burger already had onions and green peppers built into it when made by hand and weighed prior to cooking.

I think we charged 5.00 flat for that, coke in 10 ounce glass included. Fries were another 1.50. 2 with gravy. This was early 80's pricing.

Check the site, if not already. Shud be info on cooking accessories.
"Maybe" there was a shot (or a commercial) about a long cooker, with 8 or 10 cooking bays hooked to a red Sleeper Cabover.

Glorious Grilling!!

I had a half barrel of Arrogant for my 60th.
It separates the truly ‘Arrogant’ from the rest.
Phataskala is a high octane seasonal red rye worth investigating.
