Wondering if any one can shed some light on this for me. My TM is cancelling bids the day after Chrismas which he can do,But the way I read this article it's for A twenty four hour period. Midnight to midnight. What he is doing is cancelling them from midnight to 18:30,to me this not by the contract,right or wrong!! ****
