Backhauls

Who hates Backhauls more than me? Probably no one...we don't get paid for them anymore, we only get delay pay..it actually cost me money to get a backhaul..GRRR..whats a guy to do? Any other Sysco drivers having this problem?

We make $22 if its on the back of a route and hourly pay if were scheduled all day. We have 2 trucks a day that do local backhauls and about 10 weekly that p/u after there route. Its ok pay but i smash that amount on my new Wed route thats why i jumped off them earlier this year.

I do hate to hurry and wait
