Anyone notice the amount of people leaving that Wilson has experienced in the past month or two? There have been some excellent employees that have called it quits. The bleeding has got to stop soon.

No raise in 8 years will have that effect.A bunch of good employees there,that deserve much better.

I'm sure the insurance is through the roof too...so your actually making less every year.

Yeah Shooter, it's over 90.00 a week for family(3 or more) coverage now.

When I heard their rule saying you couldn't cover your spouse if her job offered insurance(regardless of her cost),I was shocked.Never heard of any crap like that.

I've seen atleast 5 guys where I'm going, that came from Wilson (city drivers) plus one dock supervisor. I didn't know people were trying to get outa there. TM said one road driver applied that even had a 3/2 bid run but, decided he didn't wanna go back to running wild, so he stayed at Wilson.
