TForce | Benifits?

The vacation schedule is the same as it was, I am with holding any speculation on the benifits issue untill I have the packet in hand and can see what is being offered. The packets are being mailed on the 1rst. So untill then, I am not going to get into the polotics that seems to be controlling these boards based on peoples feelings for the company.

I want to see the package first, before I comment on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree the meetings were very confusing.I to will have to read the whole thing before i can comment on if it is a good or bad thing.....:smilie_132:

I'd say that's the only way that we are going to be able to understand it. It's sounds to me that they pay what they want......and we get the rest.

Wow...you guys are getting screwed and don't even know it. I'm a driver at UPS and after aug 1 I will be making over $27 an hour. Guess how much our benefits cost us. Zero. If you guys don't bring the teamsters in you are crazy. Better benefits, better pay, protection from long hours. You guys need a few months of UPS love and you will understand why you need the teamsters.

I just need to clarify. I was all wet about the vacation stuff. I was a week off all the across. I apologize for totally screwing that up. Thanks for calling me on it, whoever it was. Took me two days to noodle it all out in my little brain.

Has anyone recieved their benefits package in the mail yet???? They said they should be in this week and I'm still looking for mine..

The excitement is growing. Antisipation is exhausting!! I just hope tomorrow it comes so I can get nice and ugly for the weekend!! I bet the issues of O.T., pay raise, sick pay, delay pay, etc. won't be addressed. I can't see it, especially when we were bought at bargain basement prices. I hope that will put an end to the wait and see attitudes.

I got my bennies package today but I'm not going to analyze it to the weekend.
Thanks Boats, the wagon train goes north with supplies and mail once a month after ice out. Please be so kind to enlighten us on all the juicy details. Maybe I'll get mine before black fly season. Up here, We breed 'um, You feed 'um!!

I got my package yesterday.....the 4th. I've looked it over pretty good and it doesn't seem like we have a whole lot of change.......different names and everything is sugar coated......but it looks like it's about the same as what we had before...

well then you can't read very well. There is a lot more than we had in the past. Open your eyes and don't be a hard head.

the schedule for vacation vs. years of service was on a memo? does any other former O employees realize we have not worked for UPS for a month little own a first year? people are talking 5 weeks after 5 days.

Please give any shining stellar examples of changes for the better. Did they address overtime, time and a half over eight, alloted sick days, delay pay, hire date seniority, wage increases or any of these things?

I am going to start a new thread for all the benny improvments or losses. How does everyone feel about this?
