although i will not be able to find the article, there was once (at least once) where a big rig was parked on the side of a road, and a drunk slammed into it. the lawyer said something like, the truck was illegally parked, which had it not been there, the client would not have crashed into it.

so no matter what this gal did, it was washed away by the truck being in the wrong place.

better to drown the lawyers that go after such big money when trucks are involved.
