B&P Motor Express. The intials stand for Baltimore and Pittsburgh. They were a regional ltl carrier whose employees were represented by the Teamsters. They also had a terminal in Mansfield, OH and like many ltl's back then, they had a "Special Commodities" steel division using owner operators, usually with the fanciest equipment of that time. My friend was with the until they closed sometime in the mid-1980's. I'm sure there must be some veteran freighthaulers on Truckingboards that could offer more insight on the company and may have even worked there.
