Anyone here of another layer of management being let go?
Hope So ?? as they don't need manager's for these small barns when all they do is sit in office & play video games on his computer!! they could have a co-manager run two small barns at same time and save $85-K year and way to many Sales Dept people , because really WHY have so many when we can't move the freight we have now ,with driver shortage ! Thinking big changes coming this yet ???:bat:

Correct , heard it could be up to a 100 people by April ??? and Agree it's time to clean house and really WHY do we need sales until we can move the freight we got now ??

We have a supervisor that does every operational job at this barn. Has the respect of most employees and knows contract like the back of his hand. Perfect for our TM opening. They'll never hire him.
same thing at NPME. Been thru 2 TM's in last 14 months in Baltimore. Last guy lasted maybe 2 weeks and quit.The guy dispatching is qualified but for some reason they don't like to promote from within anymore.Seems like most people hired here anymore have had some ties to yRC in their past.

If you guys were real loyal to your company, you would start spending your weekends and time off doing sales calls for the company in an effort to replace them and boost sales.
