Wish they would come up with a process allowing states,
like Illinois, to repair bad spots on Interstates instead of the state putting up a BUMP sign that is there for a year or more because it is a federally funded road, and it takes 14 conference calls, countless emails, engineering studies, and 10 levels of transportation dept to give the ok to repair a 6ft square pavement failure.
